The story
Iris is our most delicate beer: a pale one that looks to the blanche style, with wheat and oats in the grist. Iris is also an opera by Mascagni, from 1898: a story set in Japan, written before Puccini got there with Butterfly.

Tasting notes
Blanche-inspired, 4% vol. Pale; citrus on the nose that returns gently on the palate, among malt, wheat and oats. Refreshing, soft, balanced.
